 It's composed by three indépendant rooms, the all area is 62 M2. It's all furnished.  

In the price are included the cloths (feather bed ) and toilet linen during the stay , the bed are made , when you arrive, like Hôtel. Air conditioned on the wall.

A large terrace outside ( 25 m2 area ) with garden furniture; There is a commun garden ( area 1000m2 ) 

  Pets are allowed if they weigh less than 20 Kg. 

The apartment is on garden floor , above sailing -port. it's near beaaches and center town about 500 meters . You can walk to its about 10 minnutes. A dog is accepted . look at " emmene ton chien.com " 

In winter you have a heating by relectric-radiator with oil circulation .

To acces my apartment you have two staircases. The first  staircase with 14 stairs and the second staircase with 16 stairs in the private garden  

The lavandou-village wellknown with fishing and sailing, well known with Provence-wine and gastronomie. 

About reservation  payment , you can use transfer bank or card bank with an connection on SUMUP bank by  the owner.
